Pakistani fashion design is the art of the application of design & aesthetics of natural beauty to clothing and accessories. Pakistani fashion designers work in a number of ways in designing clothing & accessories for both men & women. Some designers work as team or some work alone. They made clothes for men & women according to their desire, market need.
The term fashion is very broad & it varies from country to country because every country in the world has own fashion styles. Pakistani fashion designers convert raw clothes into worn dresses. They combine, needle work, raw materials, used different colors of threads & put it into final creative look & style. Dresses made by designers can be wearing as party wear, formal wear, evening wear in Pakistan too. - A fashion designer:
He/she is who converts the raw clothes into final product. He/she may use the different color combination, textures, patterns, motifs, threads. A fashion designer is who trained by institution.
- A Pattern Maker:
He or she is who used the computer software like CAD or manual paper to draw pattern for fashion designer. It is very difficult task.
- A Tailor:
Who stitched the dresses for men & women called a tailor. These are well-trained & can make coats, dresses, jackets, skirts for men & women etc.
- A Textile Designer:
Who make designs for textile industry & printed dresses for men & women. These are well-trained & these are different from private fashion designer.
- A Technical Designer:
A designer who work as team, especially for overseas or fashion models called technical designer.
- A Stylist:
In Pakistan most of the people are confused with the term fashion designer & stylist. A fashion designer is who design the clothes for clients but the artist is who co-ordinates the jewelry, clothes, accessories, for individual client to design a coordinated wardrobe of garments. In fashion industry each model hire their own stylist.

Buy dresses from retail shops of household or for selling purpose.
- A seamstress:
He or she sews ready to wear dresses with hand using sewing machine called seamstress.
- A Teacher Of Fashion Design:
A Teacher teaches art & craft of fashion design in the school.
- A Dressmaker:
Very specializes person of making custom-made women & men dresses like, evening wear, sport clothes, lingerie etc.
- A Model:
Showcase the designer dresses of men & women on the ramp.
- A Fit Model:
A fashion model wears the clothes of designer to fit for their dresses.

He is who writes the fashion articles for various fashion magazines, newspaper, trendy fashion topics like me.
